World Environment Day Celebration

On June 5, 2024, we celebrated World Environment Day at Bunts Sangha’s Arathi Shetty International, emphasizing the importance of environmental awareness and sustainable practices. Our special guest for the event was Ms. Tejasvee Ghosalkar, who graced the occasion alongside our management team, Bunts sangha Mumbai’s Mahila wing of Jogeshwari and Dahisar region and environmental activist Ms. Mili Shetty.

Teachers organized a skit to educate children about World Environment Day, highlighting the importance of planting more trees and reducing plastic usage. Further the event, small plants were distributed among kids for incorporating plants into their daily lives and instill values among children of taking responsibility, patience, environmental stewardship, and personal growth. The event was truly inspiring, emphasizing the importance of environmental awareness and sustainable living. The highlight was the participation of parents, who joined forces with everyone to pledge their commitment to saving the environment.
